Tab Sheriff Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

Operator

Tab Sheriff is operated by Distributed by Design Ltd. By using Tab Sheriff, including Pro features or making payments, you agree to these terms.

Service

Tab Sheriff is a browser extension that helps you organize tabs by domain, save workspaces, and view domain analytics. The free version stores data locally on your device. Pro features store data on our servers and are subject to subscription.

Pro Subscriptions

Payment is processed through our payment provider (Stripe or equivalent). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or via the payment provider. No refunds for partial periods. If you cancel, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to free.

Refunds

We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical failures or other exceptional circumstances. Contact us to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed for change-of-mind or partial usage.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tab Sheriff only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to store, transmit, or access illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Tab Sheriff is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Pro data is stored securely; we do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

Limitation of Liability

Tab Sheriff is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distributed by Design Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
